Avenue Suites Hotel and Spa（大道套房酒店及水疗中心） ★★★★

Room was good and the pool was divine! The spa in the hotel was very convenient and you receive a discount at the spa if you state your room number which is a massive bonus. Loved the Marvel figurines in the lobby as well!

There was only one bath towel in our room even though we had two separate beds. When we requested for an extra, the staff sent someone up to check the room before giving us another towel which was very strange. Upon checking out, there was another room check which I’ve also never experienced before.

Location, room, breakfast, staff... they were all good

There was no hot shower on the 5th floor... no water flowing when you switch it to hot

room i got thru booking.com can actually accommodate 4 persons because it has 2 twin beds, but i was charged for 2 additional adults :(

room size is just right, clean, helpful hotel staff

workspace in the room is too small, somewhat claustrophobic; cafe table was not stable; danggit was too salty; hashbrown was not available but order taker did not inform me; tv/cable signal had to be fixed

The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was nice and spacious with a good shower. Pool was nice too.

No banana shake No real bad things as it is what you expect from a moderate hotel.

They now have a really nice pool !!

Breakfast was much better before, now a very limited breakfast, I was still hungry when I left. Booked a standard double room, got a very small closet without window with broken aircon. Bathroom was nice, no electrical outlets at workdesk, those ones that did room planning probably never sleeped in a hotel. 4 blackouts in 4 hours, maybe not the hotels fault but it took quite a while every time before electricity was back, I live in rhe same area and we have one blackout every second week

Breakffast is good.

There's an ongoing construction or renovation in the vicinity and it create too much noise during the day.

Chambre minuscule sans fenêtre très bruillante, salle de bain salle. Heureusement que j'ai juste passé une nuit dans cette chambre. C'est mieux de prévenir avant la réservation que ce sera un placard à balai la chambre....

Zimmer hatte kein Fenster! Ich musste 1000 Pesos bezahlen, da das Personal behauptet hat, wir hätten im Zimmer geraucht, was nicht stimmte!!!
